Bianca has more than 16 years of experience leading healthcare organizations through large-scale operational transformations, system integrations, and clinical performance optimization. She possesses deep expertise in building resilient program management offices (PMOs) that bridge the gap between corporate strategy and frontline execution across primary care, senior care, and multi-practice networks.

Throughout her career, Bianca has led numerous initiatives to centralize healthcare operations, including the development of enterprise help desks, centralized intake and referral management systems, and standardized telehealth programs. She has a proven record of driving revenue optimization through process improvement and the integration of advanced HRIS and data intelligence platforms, seamlessly aligning IT, HR technology, and clinical workflows to improve service accuracy.

An expert in navigating the complexities of M&A integrations, Bianca has advised organizations on de novo facility builds and international clinic expansions, ensuring clinical workflow design and staffing plans align with long-term growth objectives. Her work is rooted in the Lean Six Sigma methodology, allowing her to deliver material cost savings while simultaneously elevating the patient experience.
